Sure thing. Web Design Drive works with small and large businesses, non-profits as well as start-ups and individuals.

How can we pay to get started?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept checks and payments through Paypal.
Are your Website design costs one time?
Yes, unlike other companies who charge you a never ending monthly fee, ours is a one time fee. The only monthly fees would be for hosting or additional Website maintenance.
How does your Web design process work?
The most significant reason we are able to keep our prices so low is due to our internal processes. Our process allows us to complete your project on-time and with no additional fees.
What is your typical turn around time to
create a site?
Turnaround times depends on the package and services you select. Upon beginning your project, we'll provide you with a completion date. This date can be anywhere from 5-20 businesses days.
Will we get a chance to review and suggest modifications to the Website before it is launched?
Of course. When we present the initial site design you will have a chance to make change request. Once the site design is approved, you'll be able to view your Website online as it's being developed. Once the site pages have been developed, you'll have another
opportunity to request text and formatting changes.
Hosting
Can you host our Website and register our domain name?
We can provide hosting for $14.95 per month. If you need a database for a Website application, the monthly fee is $19.95. We charge $15.00 per year for domain name registration.
Can I use my existing website address if I host with you?
Sure. We'll simply provide you with our server information to update your domain name record. If you don't feel comfortable doing this, we're happy to do it for you free of charge.
Do I have to host my Website with you?
Nope. However we've found that most clients like to keep all their eggs in one basket. For this reason, we do host 99% of our clients Websites, but its not mandatory.
Support
Do you offer emergency after hours support?
We have 24/7 email and an online ticket system. Emergency tickets will be
responded to by an on-call technician within 3 hours. Phone support is available
during normal business hours.
After you have designed our Website, can
we manage it ourselves easily?
Once your project has been approved by you, we'll provide you with the source code files and graphics so that you can make changes. Also, each package comes with a specific number of free updates. Additional updates can also be purchased as needed or on a monthly basis.

Can you create a logo for our company?
Sure. We can create an excellent logo for $250.00. We can also design brochures, business cards and all your stationary to go with your new Website
Can I have a custom Website application like a newsletter, customer survey or content management system?
Yes. We offer a wide variety of ala carte Website applications to suit you Website needs.
Can you help us get listed in Search Engines?
Of course. We provide several search engine optimization packages from entry level submission to the engines to full blown seo campaigns for companies looking for a greater number of site visitors.
